ESEB Officers

The ESEB board (= steer­ing com­mit­tee) con­sists of nine officers elec­ted by the mem­ber­ship. The Pres­id­ent, the Vice Pres­id­ent, the Evol­u­tion Let­ters (EL) Officer, and the Con­gress Organ­izer are elec­ted for a two-year term. The Edit­or-in-Chief of the Journ­al of Evol­u­tion­ary Bio­logy (JEB), the Sec­ret­ary, and the Exec­ut­ive Vice-Pres­id­ent join the board for four years. Beside the two-year term of office as pres­id­ent, the Pres­id­ent is part of the steer­ing com­mit­tee as Pres­id­ent-Elect dur­ing the two years before office and remains on the board as Past Pres­id­ent for anoth­er two years.
